This breakfast and lunch cafe is conveniently located off the main road. There is ample street parking for 30 minutes just outside the restaurant. It is an excellent place to grab a breakfast sandwich coffee or smoothie.

Perfect little caffe in the middle of an apartment community. My bagel was actually extraordinary, super fresh and crunchy.
Food here is amazing! Freshly made and filling and healthy! Another one of a kind places that I will definitely come to and recommend.... Ambiance is awesome hearing old music that I can have as my playlist... oh those wooden tables and chairs are so comfy! A MuST try! Service is Superb! Very friendly all smiles and helpful! The place is located next to the high rises apartment. Their squaw bread and the cab bread is good. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it wasn't spicy. The avocado was only hit on one side and not both side.. and also.. no prices .. 15$ for a sandwich.. gotta say it was big. The staff and owner has a smile and good customer service. The big menu with the chalk writing needs some numbers!
I've been coming to the Avocado Cafe Irvine on a couple occasions now and really like this little hidden gem quite a lot. Came across the Avocado Cafe while taking a friend to JWA with time to kill for breakfast being so close to the airport. They probably have one of the best breakfast burritos and I wish they were a little bit closer to my place but definitely worth going out of your way! The Avocado Cafe serves fresh and healthy food including sandwiches, salads, smoothies, juices, and drinks and not to mention a variety of coffees! FYI, their Tuna sandwich (formerly known as the Avocado tuna sandwich) was even voted one of the 9 best avocado dishes in Orange County by OC Weekly. The cafe offers a fast casual dining experience with a cozy ambiance inside and out and I definitely prefer the outside patio seating! 5 stars for reasonably priced and tasty food plus friendly service!
